Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all Sammvaad designer tags still securely attached.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop it off at any authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
